In this 90 minute session, you and I will eradicate the roots of 1 - 3 of your biggest issues causing you stress, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation.
get clarity on how your issues are manifesting, how your intersectional identities are playing a part in this dysregulation, and uncover your unique root cause of the issue in your nervous system do a somatic coaching session where we will help your nervous system realize that it’s safe to relax and repair from the root trauma that caused your symptoms employ mindset work so that you not only feel different around these previous experiences, but that you’re thinking new, helpful thoughts around them as well we’ll spend time creating a long-term, sustainable plan for you to ensure that your healing doesn’t end with this one session.

Your long-term plan will include tools & practices I’ve developed for you throughout our session, a plan of when and how you’ll implement these practices, and a list of other root traumas you may want to work on and heal in order to continue helping your nervous system stay regulated.
